The continued advance of landline and mobile telephone systems has led to the need for the rapid development of the services associated with the telecommunications sector. However, it is normal for Councils and Town Planners to oppose the construction of industrial buildings in urban environments, making it necessary to bury installations and their registration and control points.
In response to this situation, and following the guidelines and specifications of Telefónica, the LEKUNBIDE GROUP has designed a Prefabricated Underground Enclosure for Communications, with the capacity to house all the necessary communications equipment (coupling distributors, electric units, ventilation and air-conditioning systems, etc.), ensuring the complete watertightness of the precinct and the total elimination of the visual impact of the new installations.
Following its policy of adaptation to the client, the LEKUNBIDE GROUP is able to design different prefabricated underground solutions for these Communications Stations, bearing in mind the specific requirements of each client and of each installation zone, and being able to supply the precinct key-in-hand, while guaranteeing the supply and installation of the equipment authorized by each operator.
