The process of construction of the prefabricated products takes place in our Lekunbide and Hormilekun productive centres, according to the characteristics defined in the previous phases.
In this phase, we carry out a complete monitoring of the productive phases of each of the modules (curing, compaction, etc.), and of the quality requirements of the materials used (cements, corrugated steel, etc.).
We also carry out the tests applicable to each model, such as tests for watertightness by immersion, or ventilations tests in the case of enclosures for Transformer Stations.
